The Miracle of Alkalinity

Intestinal bacteria and microbes are vital for a healthy immune system and effective weight control.

However, processed and pasteurised foods lead our bodies to become more acidic, cultivating an environment for bacterial imbalance – and the growth of fat-loving belly bacteria, the key to weight gain.

To effectively lose weight – and foster good bacteria in our bodies – our colons must attain a more neutral pH level, between 6.7 and 6.9. This will enable the growth of lactobacillus, a beneficial type of bacteria known to optimise weight in people of average size.
